What We Do
Servicing, MOT and valeting under one roof
Our purpose-built facility at Beech Business Park brings sales, servicing, MOT testing and valeting together on one site, so your car is looked after from start to finish.
Servicing & Repairs
Five service bays with vehicle lifts, covering all makes and models as well as the Volkswagen Group range. Every serviced vehicle gets a complimentary wash and hoover, and we have four courtesy cars available while yours is with us.

MOT Testing
Our Class 4 automated test lane serves drivers across Hereford, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the Welsh borders. Our technicians are trained to Motor Codes standards, the Retail Motor Industry's own regulatory scheme.

Vehicle Valeting
Our valeting team also takes care of preparing every vehicle we sell, and every car we service leaves with a complimentary wash and hoover.
We're currently unable to take on standalone valeting work due to staff shortages. Please get in touch for the latest availability.

Alongside our workshop, we sell quality used vehicles with a focus on the Volkswagen Group, VW, Audi, SEAT and Skoda, as well as other makes. Every car is prepared by our own valeting team before it goes on display.

About Us
A family business in Hereford since 1985
Ned Potter Ltd has been a family business in Hereford since 1985, now run by the Catley family. We're proud to be Volkswagen Group specialists, while also servicing and selling all makes and models.
Our servicing department, the backbone of the company, moved into a purpose-built facility here at Beech Business Park after 21 years at our previous home on Kings Acre Road. That move brought sales, servicing, MOT testing and valeting together on one site for the first time.
Today the workshop runs five service bays and a Class 4 MOT test lane, with a dedicated valeting team on site, all within easy reach of Hereford and the surrounding area.

Joined the team in 2007. VW ODIS trained, with ongoing electric vehicle training. Outside of work, Ash enjoys MotoGP, motorcycling and time with his son.
